I had my heart set on one and he gave me all the info I needed to confirm it was the right purchase. He didn't try to up-sale or force any dealer jargon, he was polite and let me be in control of the process. It was the first time buying a car so he let me think on it and later that evening I contacted him telling him it was the one. He did all the financials over the phone so that when I got to the dealership the next day, I'd be in and out. He wasn't there when I drove off with the car, but he texted me to congratulate me and checked in on how I was doing. Ricart doesn't have car salesmen, they have friendly vehicle specialists. More

Purchased a top of the line used SUV - they could have and should have thrown in a manual or provided a credit for me to purchase one. Great salesman. Doing the deal was minutes and not hours. No games. I liked the process without any of the stereotypical sales techniques. More

Nice, easy way to buy a car. Gina worked with me on both days I looked at the vehicle, she was great. Answered every question and show me features on the vehicle. Great but Disappointed!!!! Your sales guy Johnny, did a great job and helped us out and i am very pleased with him. Now when it come to Steve (sales manager) he is a total piece Your sales guy Johnny, did a great job and helped us out and i am very pleased with him. Now when it come to Steve (sales manager) he is a total piece of crap and his mouth, if it was not for my wife I would have never bought a car from your dealership. The whole reason we came to ricart was to find a truck for my father in law and also because i worked there back in the early 90's and knew that your dealership always had the inventory, but not now and i will do everything I can do to get him a truck from anywhere but your dealership. I also do not appreciate the 9 plus hard inquires on my credit that we where sent around to see if someone was going to buy our loan, if i would have know this I would have did mine own financing through either my credit union or my bank and that is who purchased on loan anyway. I really do not and I am not a happy customer with your sales manager and the 9 plus hard inquires on my credit. So yes I am happy with the car we bought and Johnny but not with your sales manager Steve and my credit inquires now that are hitting my report. Frank More
