From the time we walked in the door until we walked out and I had keys in my hand we were treated with courtesy and respect. Due to circumstances beyond my control, my credit was severely damaged. As a result, an experience like buying a car - one that should be exciting - is a dreaded, anxiety-filled day expecting nothing but judgments, denials and disappointment. Instead I spent Sunday working with Devin, who went out of his way to be understanding about my situation. He talked me through everything, was so patient and kind, yet upbeat and fun, and was always professional. He was easy to talk to, was honest and straight forward about what I was facing, and managed to put me at ease as we waited for a decision. I think he was as excited to tell me that we'd received an approval as I was to hear it. I ended up with a higher payment than what I'd hoped to get, but that's just a temporary evil that I will be able to remedy as I repair my credit. When I went back to sign my paperwork with Cass Powers, he was just as helpful, kind, friendly and professional - and he was instrumental in getting the lowest possible interest rate he could for me. After signing my papers and paying my deposit, Devin handed me the keys, shook my boyfriend's hand, and gave me a big congratulatory hug! I left there driving my 2014 Sonata, feeling so empowered and excited by having the chance for a fresh start!!! I'M BACK!!! :) Thank you to Devin and Cass for helping to make that happen! You will definitely be seeing us again! To the Ricart Family Owners - Do yourself a favor... do whatever you have to do to make sure these two don't get away! More

Any question I asked she was able to answer accurately, without seeming like she was trying to sell me on any specific truck. The price of the truck I was looking at was already marked down significantly (the bank was willing to finance for 5k more than I bought it for, and kbb value was 3k more) , so she wasn't able to get me a better deal, but I didn't want to lose the truck (it's happened twice now) so I didn't play hardball either. Gina did not try to up sell me anything, or make me feel pressured into buying this truck, like other dealers will. She also gave me plenty of time to look up similar trucks on cars.com, truecar, etc to make sure I was getting a good price, instead of trying to hound me into buying that truck. She is an incredible asset to to Ricart with what today's buyers are expecting, and I am glad to have her as my dealer, and when I go to purchase my next vehicle I will definitely be reaching out to her, no matter where she works. Overall, I give Gina 5/5 stars all around, if you are looking for a used car or truck, she is who you want to talk to. More

The turn around On Nov. 4th 2016 I went with my fiancé to buy a new car. We were told a price range and stayed within that. After getting there Ben our sales person a On Nov. 4th 2016 I went with my fiancé to buy a new car. We were told a price range and stayed within that. After getting there Ben our sales person asked what we were looking at and we told him. His words ( that is absolutely doable ) .so we sit down start the paper work . They bring keys for test drive . At this point all is great. Asked us if there were any others we wanted to look into. We told him to other cars and went on test drive. Loved the car we drove . Us now sold on this car. Came back and Ben has another car for us to test drive is we do. Came back from 2nd trip. Talking to Ben . We love the first car. Ben still selling us on first car. Go inside to finish paper work Ben gives us the info on first car to call our insurance company. That's when something happen. Ben comes back starts pushing the second car we drove.??? There was a few issues so we end up having to come back the next morning. Still for some reason pushing the second car. We say we want to buy the first car. Next morning get a call from Ben . Tells us we need 3x the down payment to get the first car.??? What??? Did I mention that the 2nd car while in our price range was more that the first. Now he is going to make a deal take less downpayment for 2nd car which is more expensive. Even worth more on value and resale. I know this sounds great but we didn't want that car . Told them we would have to think about it. Called to talk to a supervisor because it just felt like something was wrong. Supervisor tells us the same thing as Ben. A few hours later the car we wanted was removed from there web sight . Wow. I feel that either someone else wanted same car and was offering more down or they were just trying to push a car on us we didn't truly want. If someone else wanted the car they should have just said that. Don't feel the situation was handled properly. Who wants to settle for what they don't want anyway. Hope who ever has the car takes care of it. Was a nice one. More

I told him we were coming in around 3 and what we were looking for. Upon arrival, he took us to multiples of vehicles that he had staged based on what we were looking for. In the end we ended up with a 2013 Buick Enclave. Could not be happier. The only thing I can warn you on is be prepared to make a decision on 3 levels of maintenance programs. Make sure to look at the total cost of program so when you look at final bill, you do not have sticker shock. I want to thank Rick for great service. My wife needs a new car and because of our experience, we will go to Ricart first, which says a lot because I am a Chevy man. More
Length of time Caprice and all the other people I dealt with where wonderful. Caprice is an excellent sales person. She is very sweet and patient. The only things that was not great is the length of time it took to get everything taken care of. I was there for hours and hours. Way too long. And the other thing was the car was not clean. Windows were so dirty I had trouble seeing when I passed a car on the way home. And it had dog hair and ashes in it. Other than that I am happy More
