Overwhelmed but great service I was so overwhelmed at the thought of having to replace my favorite car of the last 12 years. After narrowing it down to two options he waited while I weighed the options and even left for lunch because I couldn't make up my mind. Just be aware, this is no different from any other used car experience in that you need to come prepared. Have documentation to prove your trade's worth, check the value of the new car and what they're actually selling for, ask to see the carfax, etc. Be prepared to negotiate in a friendly manner and not accept the first number thrown your way, especially regarding your trade. As long as you are armed with your own info they will realize you are serious and the deal should go smoothly. The only reason I took off 1 star is because there were SOOO many inquiries on my credit when I was trying to limit this, and I wasn't always made aware (by the manager) that they'd be running credit so many times with so many different banks. More
