Last resort Car was totaled in an accident. Went 20 days without a vehicle, renting cars, getting rides, going from one dealer to another and no one could make an Car was totaled in an accident. Finally, after avoiding them due to others reviews, gave in and went to Ricart's auto mall. Spent more than half my day in there, but left with a car that was nicer than the one we went in to get. They definitely make the best of what you have to offer and gave me great options as far as vehicles to pick from. Everyone was great, slow process, but I left feeling grateful and happy with my purchase! And Rachel was very attentive, not pushy, and got the job done. More

Low ball trade in values My wife and I stopped in to look at a dodge journey they had for sale. We told the salesmen the numbers had to be right on our trade in or we couldn't My wife and I stopped in to look at a dodge journey they had for sale. We told the salesmen the numbers had to be right on our trade in or we couldn't buy, we needed the equity of our trade to use as a down payment. After about 2 hours of being there with our 2 yr old son there with us, and after pulling our credit they came back with a very low trade in offer. Offered us $800 below what we owed and about $1500 below what the car is worth. We got up and thanked the salesman for his time, but his offer was ridiculous. He didn't even make an attempt to keep us there or work with us at all. Just wanted to give us a bs excuse on the trade in offer. My advise if your interested in a vehicle there and have a trade, get a trade in appraisal 1st before you even look at another vehicle. That way when they low ball you on your trade, your only out a few mins of your time. Salesman was nice and not very pushy, vehicle was dirty and needed a good detailing. More

Shocking!! My last experience with Ricart Ford was about 20 years ago. I was determined to never purchase another car from them. However, my husband and I went there last night, against my better judgment, and was very happy with the experience. Brian Kimball was very nice and helpful. He also was understanding of our situation. We had no money to put down but had a trade-in. He worked well with us, explained our options and was actually able to get us in the used car my husband wanted. Chris Wright was very informative of the rewards club benefits, as well as, our options with Pro-Tec and Bullet Liner. We chose to purchase the Pro-Tec and are planning to purchase the Bullet Liner at a later date. Ken Dickenson was extremely thorough with our paperwork and explained the additional warranty we purchased (we purchased an "As Is" vehicle). We felt comforted that we would have a warranty for the next 48 months. It was getting very late by the time we left (almost 10:30pm). No one acted as if we were keeping them. They never rushed us or made us feel like we had them there late. A matter of fact, we apologized for the time and each one of them, said "no worries, I'll be here for a while anyway". We left Ricart Ford with a much better opinion of them than the one I had for the past 20 years. More
