This will be a true test to see if Dealer rater is a honest system since it will not be as positive. My first experience with Ricart was great when I was "buying". When my car left me stranded I called my sales associate Gina and I could not get a response. I had questions about the warranty that was highly recommended and how it worked. Again, no response. My car was towed to the dealer and sat there for three days without any response after numerous calls to Gina. Eric from service was great once he had the correct information (from me) even though I had emails confirming my car would be looked at immediately. I can't say much for the sales force. I guess once you get your commission check who cares what happens to the customer is the feeling I have. I had previously recommended Ricart, not sure that will happen again. We will see if this a true measure of the dealership if my comments make it to the public or only the positive ratings make it to the website. Either way, I will let my friends and family know my feelings about this companies business practices if Dealer rater won't. More

Disappointing I drove more than two hours to see an SUV they had. The car was just as promised although it hadn't been detailed. Dustin was as expected, told me upfront they did not haggle prices. Looked up my trade in told me it would be worth $3500, when he brought the number sheet he actually said that the appraiser could only give me $1500 for trade-in. That was offensive and I left. I was very disappointed in the offer and the lack of flexibility in pricing and offers. More

Accidentally bought a car! My husband and I stopped by the dealership on a whim and were immediately greeted by Rachel! We told her we didn't have time to really do anything that day but wanted to get an idea. Long story short we found the car that fit ALL my wishes and came in on budget! Rachel was so nice and easy to talk too. My only feedback was I feel like the sales process took a long time. Start to finish we were there from 1 pm to 645pm. Maybe that's average but to me it seemed long! More

LITTLE BROTHER KNOWS HOW TO DO IT!!! Needed to buy a new car quick (teenage girl texting while driving took mine out) so I drove over 100 miles to see my baby brother, Brian Kimball. He Needed to buy a new car quick (teenage girl texting while driving took mine out) so I drove over 100 miles to see my baby brother, Brian Kimball. He was with another customer when I got there (who also happened to be from the Huntington, WV area) but he handled it like a pro. I also have to say Cory at the Cashier window was a big help and a pleasure to deal with. Hope I don't need another car any time soon, but will definitely look that way if I do and will spread the Ricart name in the Tri-State. More

Wonderful! We visited Ricart and Amber happened to be the sales person that helped approached us. She was very nice, no pressure applied, and understood when we We visited Ricart and Amber happened to be the sales person that helped approached us. She was very nice, no pressure applied, and understood when we left without a purchase. She took our information and details of what we were looking for and said she would let us know if anything came in. A week later after searching without success to find as great of a deal, we returned looked at the vehicle again that we originally saw (we were hesitant on the price), drove it, and decided to buy while it was still available! Roy was great at answering all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable with the price. No pressure salesman, which was much appreciated! He even kept our children company while we signed the paperwork!! A great guy that I will definitely send others to!! More
