Flew into Columbus to pick vehicle up my saleswoman Gina McDougal was there on time to pick me up and she knew a lot of information about the car and informed me of various features the car had and the 133 point inspection that the dealer gives each used vehicle prior to selling the car which makes a buyer feel better knowing it was thoroughly checked out before being on the lot. My experience was great at the whole dealership the whole staff was willing to help and working with Gina was by far my best car purchase experience to this date. Found a new place to purchase vehicles and I live in NC. More

No pain or embarrassment after bancruptcy. I filed bankruptcy last year, so I felt that the only chance I had to buy a car was going to a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot. I tried a local dealership fi I filed bankruptcy last year, so I felt that the only chance I had to buy a car was going to a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot. I tried a local dealership first to try and save money but was told I would not be able to buy anything until I built my credit back up, without even running a credit check or trying to get me financed, "Come back next year!" I was embarrassed and did not look forward to trying another dealership. I decided to give it one more try before resorting to a BHPH lot. From the first time I spoke with Courtney over the phone she made me feel as if I was an old friend! I checked out Ricart's inventory on their website and knew which vehicles I could afford. I did not feel pressured in any way and Courtney did not try to sell something to me that was over my budget. At no time did I feel embarrassed regarding my previous financial situation. I was told that Ricart's would be able to get me financed and keep the payments at the amount I needed them to be and they did exactly that!
