Most dealerships have pushy sales people and they just won't leave you alone. I never once felt that way with Drew. He was friendly, courteous and professional. The sales team at Ricart Ford is one of the best and they are an excellent group of people. Special thanks also to Jeff Rutherford in the finance department for getting the paperwork together quickly and efficiently since we purchased two cars this time. This is the second purchase from Ricart Ford and it won't be the last! More

We decided to go with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra after looking at a Kia Forte that wasn't in that ideal of shape. Gina was very helpful when it came down to test driving and learning about the Hyundai Elantra and could tell I was excited about getting one. It was a very easy process with little to no hassle. I've been driving this car for a couple weeks now and I love everything about it! Thank you Gina! More

Low Pressure Sales Scott Doe was wonderful to work with. I was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled. I went into Ricart with very little idea of what I was lookin Scott Doe was wonderful to work with. I was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled. I went into Ricart with very little idea of what I was looking for. I felt that Scott truly listened to me and helped me figure out what type of vehicle would be best for my needs & personality - and also be a great deal. He was very patient and spent at least 4 hours showing me different cars during my first visit; even though he knew I would not be making a deal that day. I never once felt pressured by him, which I truly appreciated especially given the stressful situation I was in. He also followed up with me and was able to answer all of my many questions, even on his personal days off. While I do wish Ricart was little more willing to come down on the price, I still feel I got a great deal, and most importantly the right car for me! Thanks Scott! Mark Geiger helped me as well; and made sure the car was cleaned and filled with a full tank of gas before I took it home! More
