Great experience My husband and I went to Ricart to look at a used jeep we found on the Ricart website. The moment we got there my husband was greeted by Ryon Wood. Rightaway Ryon found out that I had just had ankle surgery and I was going to sit in the car while my husband Wayne looked at the jeep. Ryon immediately went and found a cart so I could go along too. Ryon was sincere and we enjoyed him as a person and our salesman. He never once pressured us into buying the jeep but made sure we knew everything possible about it while we made up our minds. We can't thank him enough for everything he helped us with and a big thank you to Steve H. For working with us on an affordable payment. We have heard some bad things about Ricart in the past but after our experience we will be coming back for sure. More

Long day but rewarding. Initially came to Ricart with my daughter to look at a car for her. My wife and I saw a vehicle that we liked. Ended up buying two vehicles. Jord Initially came to Ricart with my daughter to look at a car for her. My wife and I saw a vehicle that we liked. Ended up buying two vehicles. Jordon Rice was quite knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way possible. The sheer number of vehicles is overwhelming. However, having various brands available allows one to see and compare. My daughter knew she wanted an SUV but, deciding on that particular one took some time. In the case of the vehicle I purchased for myself, it was the one that caught our eye and the only one we drove. We spent a total of 7 hours, or so, from the time we walked into the dealership until we drove home. The necessary evil of negotiating and doing the financials was to be expected. This was made somewhat better by speaking with Steve Holsinger, who graduated with my daughter some years ago. By the time we got to Chris Wright and later Drew Elford, and the financials we were beat. Chris' sarcasm and joking got us through his portion and finally Drew's attention to detail made the final financial portion got as smoothly as possible. More
