We test drove the cars then he took our information and passed us off to his supervisor for the credit. It was nice not having someone say "let me go talk to my manager", very upfront. What was even nicer is that they under-promised an over-delivered when it came to the financing. The only hiccup we had is when we pulled out we noticed the ac stopped working, we went to lunch and came back the Austin got busy, he took us over to the Ford garage explained the situation to him and came to check on us a couple of times. Thankfully it was something simple (over-charged AC unit) and we were on way home within an hour. Everyone we talked with was very friendly and polite. More

From there, it was a quick process to get financing and very, very close to our budget. The paperwork didn't take long either. We were out with our car in no time at all. Great car buying experience.
