Me an my husband are so grateful to them without them we won't have our 2013 Dodge Journey! The car only had 17,000 miles an it was price at a great price! We got it for $17,462 which I think is a great price with such little miles and on top of that we got free car washes for a year, free oil changes and free brake an tire rotation so from now on when purchasing a car we will be going to Ricart they were so friendly and patient would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car! We're Into a Great Car We came over from Dayton to look at a hard-to-find Toyota Avalon. My wife had done some homework on line and by phone with Courtney. We were greeted We came over from Dayton to look at a hard-to-find Toyota Avalon. My wife had done some homework on line and by phone with Courtney. We were greeted on time for our appointment and looked at the Avalon and one other candidate. We were given a lot of time and opportunity to check both cars very closely. Courtney knew everything about them that we asked. Arranging for the test drive was smooth. Once we decided to buy, loan application and sale closing went well, too. Cass walked us through all the paperwork and pursued a lower interest rate loan for us, also, and helped us overcome some misgivings about the extended warranty. It was a long afternoon (about 5 hours) but we ended up with a very nice car that should serve us well for years to come. We were impressed with the organization's size and smoothness, lots of hustle and bustle but it all looked very purposeful for as many "moving parts" as there are. One critique item: we noticed several overflowing trash cans in customer waiting areas; could someone empty them out half way thru the day, till housekeeping or the custodial staff gets there at night. More
