Great first experience I went to look at cars on a cold/rainy Friday night with my parents and since it was an hour or so to close no one really talked to us. We were lookin I went to look at cars on a cold/rainy Friday night with my parents and since it was an hour or so to close no one really talked to us. We were looking at cars when a group of people walked out and Tim was the only one to ask if we needed help and insisted we go inside because it was freezing. He helped us look at a number of different cars, gave us his card, and said to come back when it was the daytime to get a better look. We went back the next day and he helped us when he finished with a previous customer. We had our eyes on a car that had not been put on the lot yet so he drove us to the photo-lab where it was getting its final touches, he found the keys, and went on the test drive with us. He kept checking on us when we were waiting to finalize the paper work and said goodbye when we left. He was very helpful for a first time car buyer. More

Everyone seemed to work with us and getting is the best deal possible and appreciate that. We love the van. Just need to fix a few things but other then that it's Great . More

Worst Car Buying Experience We found the SUV we had been looking for online, arranged to come look at it! Everything went as planned when we got there, we traded vehicles that m We found the SUV we had been looking for online, arranged to come look at it! Everything went as planned when we got there, we traded vehicles that morning. Got an hour down the road, noticed an issue..called, guy assured us it would be taken care of with warranty. Week later got it into a local shop, they informed us the vehicle had been wrecked (we specifically asked this on the phone and before we purchased) Don't go by the car fax!!!!!! Several thousands of dollars worth of damage, they would not take the vehicle back.. After talking to several people they finally did agree to pay for the damage. Issues are still arising, mind you this is a 2015 with under 10,000 miles. Who would have thought? I should not be having to look for a different vehicle, only having it for 4 months. Very Dissatisfied More
