Great car buying experience On Saturday February 27t,2016 my wife and I went into Ricart used car factory looking to but my wife a car. We were greeted by Catrice Mitchell who w On Saturday February 27t,2016 my wife and I went into Ricart used car factory looking to but my wife a car. We were greeted by Catrice Mitchell who was an excellent salesperson. After a few short questions about what we were looking for she pulled up a few vehicles and we test drove two. Deciding upon a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. We were approved, signed paper work and drove the car home that same day WITH a full tank of gas! Catrice was very kind, curtious and knowledgeable in all aspects of the questions we had for her. Loyal customer lost Today we brought our 18 year old daughter to test drive a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She test drive it and it was exactly what she is looking for. Unf Today we brought our 18 year old daughter to test drive a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She test drive it and it was exactly what she is looking for. Unfortunately, she had to be at work and her grandfather who has offered to cosign was not present. Later that day, her grandpa travelled from Springfield to test drive the jeep and sign his part of the paperwork. We called and spoke to the salesman we had dealt with earlier that day to let him know we were on our way back. We then took it for another test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership we were informed that there is another party interested and ready to pay cash and unless my daughter could be there now they could not sell the Jeep to us. We had already discussed that she was at work and would have to stop in tomorrow to sign her part. This did not matter to the sales manager. The fact that we have been loyal customers and have purchased 3 other vehicles from Ricart does not matter. They want their sale now and don't care about the customer. We will not be back to purchase another vehicle, service, or even a car wash. There are plenty of other dealerships that want our business. Sincerely your former customer, Jaime Crawford More
