I love my new car! I had the worst possible week of my life until this week. My car of over a year stopped working and then my brothers car also quit on me almost a week I had the worst possible week of my life until this week. My car of over a year stopped working and then my brothers car also quit on me almost a week to the day. Drew came to pick me up since I no longer had a car and took me through the whole process. I felt comfortable and he made sure everything was taken care of for me. Ricart made my first dealer car purchase a comfortable one. She was very patient and showing me trucks and took time to fix anything wrong with the one I bought. Thomas, the manager, was not pleasant at all. He made it very uncomfortable. We did try to work with him to get a few hundred off the price of the truck which he was unwilling to do. I understand that but his personality was so bad that we wanted to leave immediately. We had been in previously to look at vehicles and dealt with him. We left then and definitely did not have any intention of returning because of him. Courtney was great however. More
