Good, for a Car Dealership It is what I've come to expect from a Car Dealership, the Salesman is friendly and personable, the "closer" is more matter of fact but respectful and It is what I've come to expect from a Car Dealership, the Salesman is friendly and personable, the "closer" is more matter of fact but respectful and pretends he can't do anything when he actually can, and the Finance Person (Michelle) is pushy and high pressure. Their new internet pricing did mark the car down quite a bit from the sticker, but not as low as it should have. I was bothered by the fact that they claimed to have spent $1200 refurbishing the car but could only itemize $175 of it. I was also bothered that Michelle flat told me the car would break within 5 years and I'd spend more than $2800 on repairing it after her 15 minutes of high pressure sales on the extended warranty failed. She did everything but call me stupid to my face. BTW, when you say no to anything but show interest, the price will immediately drop (regarding warranty, extras, etc. - the "Platinum" service package went from $595 to $395 in about ten seconds flat when I showed her the math of how it wasn't worth the cost. Rick was very respectful and let us browse while periodically checking on us. Rick was able to answer all of our questions and did not try to push us towards cars we were not interested in. He seemed genuinely concerned with helping us find the car we wanted. When we were finally ready to purchase the vehicle we did have to wait about an hour and a half to sign paperwork with the financial representative (this was also a Sunday afternoon). This was by far the only part of the process that was slightly annoying. Realizing we would not be able to complete the purchase until the following day, Brandon told us he would keep the car overnight. The next day after completing the purchase and driving away, we still needed Rick's assistance in a small matter. At this point there was no reason for Rick or his supervisor to help us, seeing as we had already purchased the vehicle. Yet we were provided wonderful customer service once more. Overall a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a down to earth guy to help you look for a car while not waterboarding you into buying something you don't want, Rick is your guy! More
