Worst attitude from a company employee I always say that to determine the character of a person or company you do not worry about how they handle things when it's going well but how they I always say that to determine the character of a person or company you do not worry about how they handle things when it's going well but how they react and handle issues. Today I have had that experience with Ricart Automotive. There was some confusion about getting my plates switched from our old vehicle to our new. When my tags for renewal came it had our old van on them. We called Ricart to see what needed to be done and was met with nothing but an attitude. Instead of working with us to determine how it needed to get fixed (which was not a large job) we were met with accusations and blame. My wife was nothing but frustrated so i took the phone to try to get to the bottom with the simple question of "What do i need to bring to get this taken care of" to which i was belittled by the person on the phone for not taking care of it already. At this point I asked for his manager to which the response i received was "My name is Brad Ricart". At this point i determined that I will never go to Ricart again and i hope everyone I know will never go there for a vehicle. Fortunatly the BMV was nice enough to answer my questions and all I needed was to bring my drivers license. This was a valuable lesson to me and i hope no one else ever has to go through it as this type of situion is frustrating and confusing. More

Good experience, two times I went to look at a 2011 Silverado that I talked to a sales person about(Gina Mcdougal). Two days passed before I got a chance to stop into the deale I went to look at a 2011 Silverado that I talked to a sales person about(Gina Mcdougal). Two days passed before I got a chance to stop into the dealership and the truck had been sold, oh well. Gina offered to bring around a 2011 f150 that had just come in and was just finishing getting detailed. (The seats were still damp from shampooing). It turned out to be a really sharp, clean truck and decided to make a deal. Brandon Haywood and Gina worked to get me a good deal and I drove off a happy buyer. I noticed the next morning a panel on the rear slider window was spidered, I had not noticed it when looking the truck over due to the dark tint. I called Gina and took the truck back for them to look at and they went out of their way to make it right. As of this writing I have an appointment to get a new rear window installed with no hassles whatsoever. The whole process from first meeting with Gina, who was very knowledgeable, to closing the deal to dealing with the window problem was first rate and the whole team was very professional. The wife bought a 2013 jeep from Ricart a month before that, and was treated very well so that was what made me give them a try when I needed another truck., don't be in a hurry, be clear as to what you want and your limitations and you will have a great buying experience with these folks. More

I was there for about 5 hours which was a bit long, but I found a great deal on a used Toyota, got the financing I wanted and a warranty which they honored after I discovered a problem upon leaving with the truck. They worked to resolved the problem and I love my new truck. More

Irresponsible Used Car and Service Center The whole purchase was a headache. Got a quote on my trade in thousands less with one manager than another. Tried to sell me my truck for $2,000 more than advertised on the website? Purchased extended warranty, vip service, dent coverage and key replacement. Had first oil change performed inwhich took 3hrs. I was on time for my schedule at 7:45am. Didn't leave until 11:00am. They performed a thorough inspection of my truck unannounced to me. I saw the tech yanking and pulling on my wheel hubs with the tires off? I asked what he was doing and they said it was normal procedure to check for upper control arm damage? Long story shortened, I left with my wheels badly out of alignment. They said I must have hit a bump really hard and I was at fault? I pulled in and they were fine. I left and had immediate issues. Also had a spare key made. Once that was finished I got home to realize later that evening that my key fob no longer works? I had a 3 hour oil change, wheels yanked out of alignment and a worthless key fob all inwhich were in perfect working order as I pulled into the bay. All around terrible experience. Would absolutely not recommend. More

Third Time Was A Charm Over the course of our car buying years, my husband and I had visited Ricart twice without much success. They either didn't have the vehicle we wanted Over the course of our car buying years, my husband and I had visited Ricart twice without much success. They either didn't have the vehicle we wanted or the price we wanted to pay. And on one occasion many years ago, we felt utterly insulted by the trade in value they offered for the vehicle we had at the time. Things have apparently changed for the better! Several weeks ago we hesitantly visited, looking for a late model GMC Terrain. Our sales person Courtney Scholl was fabulous! She was funny, patient, low pressure, AND she braved the cold temps with us without complaint. They had several Terrains to choose from, but we couldn't find the Terrain in a 6 cyl and SLT package for the cash price we needed to work within. Courtney called the day after our visit, with no sales pitch, but just to say 'thank you' and 'keep me in mind'. We continued our search at other dealerships with no success. One week later, we got another call from Courtney, again just to say 'hello' and 'don't forget about me'. We happened to be in the area exhaustingly looking at cars, and decided to go see Courtney again. Lo and behold, they had just gotten a Terrain in 3 days prior. It was exactly the car we were looking for....color, engine, package, mileage, EVERYTHING. We made Brandon Haywood (Courtney's sales manager) an offer which he immediately accepted! James Burns made quick and friendly work of the paper trail. Everybody was super friendly. My husband and I just looked at each other and said "That was the most comfortable car buying experience we've ever had" Courtney quickly washed the car, filled it up with gas......and off we went. We are Very happy and we LOVE our car!!!! More

Found a car at a good price. Car buying is never a great experience, but overall this wasn't too bad. Great Time Buying my Van with Brady Lonsway Brady Lonsway was the BEST used car saleman I have ever dealt with.........EVER!!! His attention to detail and kindness went above and beyond the cal Brady Lonsway was the BEST used car saleman I have ever dealt with.........EVER!!! His attention to detail and kindness went above and beyond the call of duty! I would buy from him time and time again. I tried for over a week to talk to people on the phone from Ricart about this van. I guess they thought I wasn't serious as I was coming from Texas to pick it up, and I couldn't make any progress for a deal with either of the other men I spoke with. One of them was even a sales manager there!!!! I tried one last time and thankfully Brady answered the phone and was there to help me through to completion. He rates 100 Stars in my book and I pray much success in his endeavors, what ever he chooses to do in life!!!!
