Excellent Customer Service I had a great experience at Ricart. Gina was very helpful. The first time we came to the dealership Gina showed us a few option but we didn't quite I had a great experience at Ricart. Gina was very helpful. Gina promised us that she would do some research based on what we what and look through their inventory for us. Man did she deliver! When we came back the second time she had several cars picked out with all the specs we asked for. She went as far as picking a few things that weren't on our want list just for comparison. She went over the top for us and thanks her we are now driving a Beautiful Ford Fusion. More

They let us walk away. We drove from Cleveland last night to Ricart Used Auto Factory since my son saw several trucks that he wanted to test drive. When we walked in, we to We drove from Cleveland last night to Ricart Used Auto Factory since my son saw several trucks that he wanted to test drive. When we walked in, we told them up front that we would be leaving with a vehicle, and the women we dealt with was great. After three hours, multiple test drives, we were told that our interest rate would be 5-8% with both of us being co-signers. My son is a young car buyer (and his score was low 600's) and they told me my score was slightly over 800. Supposedly his low 600 score was pulling up the interest rate by 2-4%. Tonight we bought a similar truck at a different dealership - at 3% interest with both of us co-signing- and my credit score magically went up by 33 points overnight. Right before we went in, I told my son that Ricart would mark us as "suckers" - a female and a young car-buyer. Who are the suckers now? More
