She understands that most buyers do not want the games and when looking at a used vehicle, they want a reliable vehicle at a fair price. I would highly recommend calling Gina if you are in the market. She will do her best to put you in the right vehicle. As for the management.....I guess it is wishful thinking that used car managers would ever change. Do anything for a dollar, which is their job so we are stuck dealing with the same old cluster-mess that is used car management. Yes, I would buy another car from Gina. More

Amazing Experience Back in May 2015 I hit a deer on the freeway and totaled my car. I had to go through all the paperwork that is involved with that. I stopped at Ricart and Greg was the one to greet me. I told him the situation and he was super nice about it. I was starting from ground 0. He helped me find the cars that best fit my needs (great fuel economy, spacious without being too big, affordable, great features, etc). I didn't drive off the lot with a car that day but Greg kept me up to date with cars in my budget and met my criteria. Finally the paperwork went trough and I was able to actually purchase a car so I called Greg (who if he misses your call calls you right back) and I went down and browsed the lot and he showed me my car I have now. I was concerned with 1 thing about it so he had the mechanics double check it and I came back the next day and bought the car. That was by far the best and nicest car shopping experience I have ever had! Greg didn't just do what he had to to get the sale, he went above and beyond. He took me seriously (as a 22 year old car shopping its rare) and explained any question I had in detail to be sure I understood. I would recommend Ricart and Greg any day! More

The staff was knowledgeable but not pushy and was real honest with us about what we should look for with our budget and credit. It was an overall amazing, comfortable experience and I recommend this place to anyone looking for the triple threat of deal, fair financing, and honest sales staff. I have to give a shout out to Timothy Park, the product specialist that was able to highlight features of every car we had interest in without being overly pushy, or over selling anything in a way that would be fake. Definitely look for him if you swing by!!! Then head on over to Shawn, he's the numbers guy and is an all around straight shooter, he works with you to get you into financing and is honest about what you should be looking for... He's a big barrel of information and knew the answer to every question we had for him (and coming from me that's saying something). Overall wonderful experience and we walked away that evening with a GREAT DEAL and a BEAUTIFUL CAR. TWO THUMBS WAY UP! More
