I was shopping for a Kia Soul and I found that Ricarts showed quite a few in stock. Prior to my visit I called to set up an appointment and had the pleasure of speaking with Abdul. I shared with him that showed quite a few in stock. Prior to my visit I called to set up an appointment and had the pleasure of speaking with Abdul. I shared with him that I am somewhat handicapped and would he mind setting out the vehicle's that had the specific options that I required so I didn't have to walk any real distance and he arranged it so he drove me around the lot to show me the vehicle's that I might like. From Start to Finish he was extremely helpful and exhibited endless patience and good humor all the while. After a LOT of effort on his part, he was finally able put me with a Certified Kia Soul that fit my needs. Before the test drive I told Mr. Abdul that I wanted to drive on a normal city Street, a really bumpy City Street and of course the freeway and he was more than happy to guide me in this process. I ended up purchasing this vehicle by putting down a good faith $500 as I had not brought my checkbook with me. I gotta tell you that Abdul told me that he would be off the next couple of days BUT he told me if I was wanting to complete payment during his days off he gave me his business card and wrote his personal phone number on the back and he requested that if I was coming in to please call him to me at up with me at the dealership!!!!! Turns out that I will be completing my purchase on his day of and our mutual plan is that I will text him when we leave Enterprise and he would meet us at the dealership. That IMHO is way over and above even the highest customer service standards. Should anyone ever ask me to suggest a place to purchase a car from, I would suggest Ricarts and very strongly Abdul in particular More
