Friendly dealer, great car, great value, beware of finance I had a good sales person, helped me find the car I wanted and in my price range, it was in good shape and I don't regret the purchase. He told us I had a good sales person, helped me find the car I wanted and in my price range, it was in good shape and I don't regret the purchase. He told us about the safety features, showed us the engine and how to check all the fluid levels (which we already knew, but was appreciative that he knew that was an important thing to share instead of just bull shooting about the exterior and interior physical features of the car), and had us go on the highway for a test drive to really get it moving and get a feeling for the car at higher speeds. Even though Chase was great, I had the opposite experience with the finance department. Beware! I was given a crazy interest rate, which the bank later corrected (lowered by almost 2%), he was trying to sell my mom and I a warranty without telling us the price, etc. My overall experience was good, but the financing has been a nightmare.
