A gentleman answered our questions and was prompt when returning our call. Since he seemed so willing to invite us to come visit ; we drive the hour and met with him. He took time and showed us around and explained everything he could with important detail. I never felt mislead or Misguided. Since I was having a difficult time choosing he went through the pros and cons of the vihicles I was interested in. He was vet knowledgeable. Straight shooter if you would.even with a small hiccup that could have cost this company my business Greg handled my rage in a graceful manor and provided the best service a customer could ask for. Good Experience until I had to deal with Michelle Hamilton Gina McDougal was outstanding. She was helpful, professional and was a pleasure to work with. She was rude, unprofessional and almost cost you a customer. I almost got up and walked out before I signed the paperwork. Also, signing a form that we will not take legal action against your company was a bit to much for my taste. Overall typical car buying antics, with the exception of Gina. If I ever considered buying a car from you again it would be simply to work with her. More
