We had very honest conversation over a weekend working with him. He was realistic with us that it may not be possible to get all the we needed for the price we wanted. Which made it all so sweet to swallow when he came back to us with everything we needed and asked for. He was courteous and personable never pushing anything on my. I showed him the exact car I wanted and he quickly located it. I fell in love with this car instantly and said "this car will be mine"! First of all, they have so much selection in one place that they basically have anything you could want already on the lot. Even if you already know exactly what Make/Model you want, they will have a ton of them to choose from. The sales experience was much better than other dealerships I've dealt with as well. They weren't pushy, they weren't in a hurry. My wife and I got to the lot around 9:30 am. It wasn't until around 1 pm that we started the process to actually buy a car, and when we did it was us that brought it up. Financing was taken care of in house and fairly quickly and the paperwork process was as painless as it could be. More

As soon as I arrived I would greeted with a warm smile from Roy Duffey. I advised him that I did my "homework" very diligently through the internet this time and that I was looking for a specific car in mind and that he would not be able to get over on me in price this time. He was very willing to help (I had another offer from another dealer on the table at the time) and he assured me that if Ricart had the vehicle he will definitely undercut their price. Low and behold they had a car specific to my needs and not only did he deliver he undercut even the blue book value. Roy was on his "A Game" this day and made everything possible. The perks that I received with this "Certified Used Car" is superior to any dealer I have had previous dealings with. We are about a month in and I have no complaints at this time. Finally got my van! Great Experience! I have been wanting to purchase a minivan for quite some time. I visited several other dealerships after finding vehicles online only to find they wer I have been wanting to purchase a minivan for quite some time. I visited several other dealerships after finding vehicles online only to find they were gone or be greeted by pressing staff or not greeted at all. We decided to come to Ricart after reccomendations of family. We were immediately greeted by Nathan "Turk" Turkovich, who was very helpful showing us many vehicles and leading me to the perfect minivan with just the right features and price. We test drove the 2012 Kia Sedona. It was perfect! Qualifying and purchasing was easier than I thought as well! We had options and we had help which made a big difference. The only issue I had was that engine light came on 2 days later which made me nervous but luckily we found out that the dealer accidently forgot to screw the gas cap on before shutting the door. Lol. So no big deal, I had to go back to find this out but its ok, van runs great! I will definitely consider Ricart and Nathan with my next vehicle purchase and reccomended him to my friend who plans to purchase a minivan in near future. More
