Test drives were no problem, as having a "test track" on site was very convenient, and helped in deciding between the last two cars I was looking at. There were several people in the process, even a 'Door (person)', and an overall nice facility, including a Subway on site so I could take a break from car-shopping (and not have to travel 5mi. for lunch...). Way to go Ricart Team! More

We visited the dealer on a Thursday night and we were honestly pretty amazed at the size of My experience with Ricart Used Car Factory was fantastic. We visited the dealer on a Thursday night and we were honestly pretty amazed at the size of the facility and the amount of vehicles. We were set up with Roy Duffey, who talked with us about price range and what I was looking for in a car and then we went out to the lot to look at a few of the vehicles I was interested in. I ended up finding what I was looking for pretty quickly. We were able to quickly negotiate a price and walked out the door with the keys in my hand that evening. Roy was a great salesman, he gave us his personal number and told us we could call him regarding any issues with the vehicle. After I noticed a small chip in the windshield the day after I bought the car, I contacted Roy, and Roy (and Ricart) took care of the chip repair on their dime, which was greatly appreciated. Overall excellent experience and I fully intend on returning to Ricart in the future. More
