I guess all is well that ends well, but I went to Ricart because I knew how much I wanted to pay but didn't have a specific car in mind. I knew I'd have the opportunity to view many different vehicles. THAT mission was accomplished. When I arrived, I had a few cars in mind, picked the car that I wanted, test drove it, and decided I'd take it. I'd already done my research based on their website and knew that my car was Hyundai Certified. We decide very quickly to purchase the car, had a GREAT experience with our sales person Brady Lonsway. In fact we'd seen him several times while we were just looking and he'd always been very helpful. Had a GREAT experience with Chris Wright who helped us with the only thing I care about in my car, a sunroof. Got to the closing table with Ron, and he informs us that my car is not Hyundai certified. I present him with all of the proof that I have that says it should be, including their website, the Carfax, etc. He tries to sell me an extended warranty. NO. I want the Hyundai Warranty. So, we walk away from the closing table. Brady and Chris come running to find out what's wrong and we tell them. We ask to speak to a manager. Which is where it went wrong. Over waddles Ron, who basically says he doesn't care what is advertised, and tells us to go home. I am FUMING. So I go home, continue to shop, find that the Hyundai website says the car is certified. We go back the next day with that evidence. Long story short, they only offer their (less inclusive, and probably higher margin) MotorTrend certification and will Hyundai certify my car for an additional $600. We agree, because we see the value, but my gut tells me this ain't over. A few weeks later, because of my gut instinct, I call Hyundai, and they have no record of my car being certified. Same story every week I call, for about 3 months. Finally, I get in touch with Jeremy, the service manager, who did an EXCELLENT job of ensuring that the proper paperwork (which, of course, had NOT been filed) got filed with Hyundai. So, yes, my problems were resolved in the end. But my feelings, which I expressed at the dealership, is that it is THEIR job, not mine, to make sure that their advertising is correct, that the paperwork is completed, and frankly, to make sure I am happy. So, I hesitate to have my car serviced there, and frankly, unless I'm willing to put in the time and money for another fight, I'm not likely to purchase there again either. More

Good, friendly experience Our search for an Expedition EL took several months of searching on line and thru local dealers. We found one at Ricaart and contacted them by e-mail. Our search for an Expedition EL took several months of searching on line and thru local dealers. We found one at Ricaart and contacted them by e-mail. Gina responded the next morning by phone. Since it was an hour plus drive to go look at the vehicle we wanted to make sure it was what we wanted and not waste out time or theirs. We gave her a list of our requirements and she took the time to personally go look the vehicle over and answer all our questions. We then made a trip to Columbus, met Gina and went over the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy at all. We were given plenty of time to test drive on various road conditions and it was raining. which was good. Wrapping up the purchase was easy. I did ask for a second detailing and Gina personally saw to it that it was a detailed job. We gave them a couple extra days to get it done so it would not be a rush job. Thanks for a good experience. More

Brandon thoroughly explained all of our financing options and assured us that we would get the lowest interest rate available to us. Chris, went over the Car-Fax report then explained all of the optional protection programs offered. Michelle, went over the sales agreement ,financial agreement and payment term options. Everyone was fun to work with, paid lots of attention to the details, completely honest and totally concerned with making our experience memorable. We left Ricart Used Cars with a freshly truck we love, freshly washed and a full tank of gas! All in all this was an enjoyable, no pressure buying experience. More
Snake Dealership I was told that they could make my monthly payment offer and had to wait over an hour in the dealership until I found out they couldn't. They couldn't drop a 6yr old car price at all and wouldn't work with me whatsoever. Big waste of time. Don't believe anything they say you'll end up loosing an hour of your life you'll never get back. I rated the friendly section 2 stars because the guy was was honest and nice at first. More

To make sure I got the car I wanted, He did not try to push a car on me that I didn't like. I felt the whole time it was about about me. He did not once hesitate to show me a car I was looking at. And we looked at a lot of cars! Two times I picked a car thought we had made a deal and I changed my mind. A woman does that. lol He only said he was there to please me and make sure I got the car I wanted, I walked out with the car I wanted. I am very happy with the whole buying experience. Finiancing also with very smooth I would highly recommend them. I am defitnely a satisfied customer. More

I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase. He listened to my teenage daughter's opinions and took these into account also as this car is for her to drive. One of my only recommendations for change is that better qualitydetailing be done on the cars so that they are thoroughly clean for initial viewing. More
