Great dealership to deal with! I called Ricart auto after store hours to save the number to my phone but to my surprise John Thornton answered. He answered several questions and was extremely pleasant to deal with! In the next couple of weeks, I was on and off of the phone with John. I live out of state so we had to work out everything before I flew in to purchase the vehicle. John was phenomenal throughout the whole process and I never felt like he was pushing a sale or trying to make me purchase something I didn't want. John's days off are Sunday and Monday and it looked like that would be one of the days I would be able to fly it out there. This would mean that John wouldn't be there to get the full sale. John sincerely told me that it doesn't matter because it's all about the customer and what works for me! I did end up buying the vehicle on a day John was there. John's a class act! More

The sales associates were very accommodating, respectful of my online research, and quick in processing the test drive and purchase. Brandon Byrd greeted us at the door as if we were family, and Cody Green came in on his day off to finish the sale. No high pressure, only accommodation. Overall, Ricart has the best selection and the best prices of any competitor in Central Ohio. More

Very Positive Buying Experience I had been working with of one of Ricart's sales associates and scheduled a time to come into the dealership and buy the car. Unfortunately the sales I had been working with of one of Ricart's sales associates and scheduled a time to come into the dealership and buy the car. Unfortunately the sales associate was out that day, possibly not feeling well. Nonetheless, I was greeted at the door by another sales associate named Marshall Harrison who let me know the other associate was not present that day. I then explained to Marshall that I had an appointment to buy a car and that I needed to complete the transaction and leave within 2 hours to make a work related meeting. I also let Marshall know that I would not be able to bring the car home with me that day due to my work schedule and a late afternoon departure for a family vacation. Marshall was extremely helpful in helping me complete the purchase of the vehicle, and even delivered the car to my home in the afternoon before I left for my trip. Overall a great experience and I believe that Marshall did an excellent job. More
