Enjoyable car buying experience! We couldn't find any cars by looking around our hometown so we traveled to Ricart Mega Mall and there we had salesman Jeffery Kuhlman. Once we told him exactly what we were looking for he to us to see various cars. Not at all throughout the whole process did he try to "be a salesman" and push us to buy anything! We really appreciated that. Salesman was very knowledgeable except he told me Hyundai was Japanese when its a Korean company but ill let him slide. LOL. More

Great experience I chose to look for a late model used vehicle at Ricart Used Car Factory because they sell almost every make and model on the market. My sales help was Jared Ward, who was very knowledgeable about each and every car we looked at and didn't try to 'sell' me anything. The entire staff was friendly and competent. Financing was a very easy process. The entire Ricart Auto Mall is like a small city....if you're looking for a car - new or used - you can find it here. For someone who hasn't purchased a car from a dealership for over 30 years, it was a great experience all around! More

And they had the lowest price in town on all there used cars. Well today went to a chevy dealer bought the same year car with 7k more miles for 5000 less and got a 7% better interest rate The manager told me to take it or leave it. They sell 30 cars a day. Well they could have sold 31 that day. I will never go back and I will tell everyone about the experience I had. More

Richard was patient as I changed my mind several times on what I was liked / what was important to me as we test drove multiple SUVs. We were hoping to leave that day with a new SUV because we were leaving for vacation that night and wanted to take it. Richard spent around 5 hours with us to find the right vehicle and ensure we got the monthly payment we had budgeted for. It was a great experience! We left that day with our lightly used Ford Edge (that I'm in LOVE with) and had a smooth and comfortable 12 hour drive in it that same night. I even mentioned the back being a little dirty and they made sure it was cleaned up before we left! I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to friends & family. More

Korey Day saved the Day I crashed my car and needed a new one asap!!! I had been to 3 different dealerships but none of them were able to get me a great car with great warran I crashed my car and needed a new one asap!!! I had been to 3 different dealerships but none of them were able to get me a great car with great warranty and a car note under 300$ a month. I came in I was discouraged and tired. Korey was very professional and assured me that with his help I would be able to get everything that I needed. I was not sure the kind of car I wanted I jus knew I wanted a sunroof. He took his time with me and showed me so many options and helped me narrow it down based on cost, insurance, and overall performance. I picked the 2010 Mitsubishi lance I took it for a ride and loved it!!! He then went and explained my situation to the finance guy Mr. Six, and with there team work helped me get the car with no money down and my car payments under 300$ and I got a great warranty.
