Not very rewarding. And the Extended warranty which was not explained that there were 4 tiers and they were giving us the most expensive instead of letting us choose. Then we thought that the dent repair and key replacement were part of warranty. Nope yet 2 more charges. Read Everything no matter how tired you are. More

Amazing customer service and incredible value I was diligent in my own research and walked in to the dealership knowing the exact car I wanted and all the details on it. To my initial disappointme I was diligent in my own research and walked in to the dealership knowing the exact car I wanted and all the details on it. To my initial disappointment, the car I wanted to purchase was out for detailing and not available to view or test drive. Korey was excellent in offering up a secondary option after vey carefully asking questions about what I liked about the 'dream car' I saw online. Korey was not pushy at all and also gave me options for getting the details I wanted added to the car that was available. Korey was a great sport as he sat in the back seat between 2 booster seats while my entire family joined us for a test drive. Upon our return we also got to meet with Thomas, Korey's boss who was diligent in talking through options and giving us pricing on add-ons. The value of the vehicle along with all of the warranties and Motortrend qualifications made the vehicle easy to sell, but the high quality customer service (to my entire family!) made it comfortable for me to purchase. horrible customer service went two times to test drive a truck and both times they couldn't find the keys, then I get told they have them there the next day. The salesperson texted me on the phone told me they had the keys, we talked about a price, I told him I'd be there at 730 to buy the car. 20 minutes later he texts me and tells me somebody else sold the car. they don't give a crap what you have invested in time or energy driving out there, all they care about is money. I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the ability to give them zero.. they are in contact with me all afternoon about the car and they knew I'd be there at a specific time to buy it and they sold it to the first person that walked in there nevermind all the back and forth we were doing. horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service. and when you called speak to a manager about said interaction all he says is well sir sorry we're not allowed to hold vehicles. then why tell me its okay to come in at 730 to buy it if you're not going to hold it. all they care about is cash they don't care about anybody else..Korey was nice..He did what he cud, then reverted to scripted sentences they have to use when customers are upset... They must use these sentences a lot... More
