No follow-up on promise post-sale on missing license plate Sales reps nor management wants to be bothered with post-sale issues once you purchase a car. They treat customers as an inconvenience. Rep still has not returned the rear license plate from the used car I traded in -- despite numerous messages left, emails, stop-bys and calls during the 4 weeks post-sale. I continue to drive illegally with only one license plate in the back. Escalating to a sales manager is pointless because they say they can do nothing, that only the rep can handle it. On one occasion another sales rep promised to mail it to my address, but he was not taking notes, did not visit the service desk, nor use his computer to document this promise. I am hugely underwhelmed so far. I have wasted many minutes and hours of precious personal and work time, driving to/from Groveport and calling and being placed on hold, with no resolution to-date. More

Worry-free car buying experience I first contacted Rick Johnson about a month before purchasing my used car. I had just completed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and was unsure that I could e I first contacted Rick Johnson about a month before purchasing my used car. I had just completed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and was unsure that I could even obtain financing and was very anxious about the entire experience. You always here stories about pushy sales reps and how they are just trying to sell a car. But that wasn't the case with Rick and with Ricart. From our first phone conversation to the day of my purchase he was very upfront and honest. Explained the financing procedure and really set my mind at ease. He was never pushy. In fact I mentioned not buying right away, that I wanted to wait a little longer and he was perfectly fine with that. He said to just contact him when I was ready. I even contacted other dealerships but Ricart had a larger inventory and because Rick was so helpful on the phone and whenever I had a question or concern he handled it professionally and in a very timely manner. I had a pre-approval before I even went to the lot. That was a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. All in all what I first thought was going to be a very stressful and anxiety filled experience turned out to be fairly easy and stress-free. I feel that Rick goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers receive a successful car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Rick and Ricart team to anyone looking to purchase a car and would definitely use them in the future when it's time to trade in my Kia. Thank you all so very much!!!! Would buy a car here again!! Many years ago, we had had two not so pleasant experiences with Ricart and had basically sworn them off. We went there this time because we new we co Many years ago, we had had two not so pleasant experiences with Ricart and had basically sworn them off. We went there this time because we new we could test drive and look at all the vehicles we were trying to decide between. Upon pulling up to the Used Car Factory, we were greeted promptly by Mr. Roy Duffey. He was awesome! He listened to what we wanted, showed us EVERY car on the lot that was a 3rd row SUV, was patient while we test drove 3 of them that first day and was NOT pushy. I texted him on Sunday and asked him if he had any Traverses on his lot as we had driven one at Jeff Wyler and loved how it handled but didn't like the look of this one. He said he did and that he could pull whichever of the 13 you had for us to drive. On Monday we went and drove one. Decided it was the one but had to wait for a check from someone else in order to pay for it. On Wednesday, I brought that someone else with me to see it, I thought we were buying it that night but I was wrong. We had both our kids, my parents and my aunt with us that evening and Roy was so great with everyone shooting Q's at him and so patient with the kids. Even after doing all the paperwork that evening he was right there when we got out (which was suppose to be his day off!) and said he'd see us tomorrow when we had our check. Sure enough, he was right there with my new car all ready to go!! Great experience with Mr. Duffey!! And Ricart!! THANK YOU!!! More
