Fantastic experience in Ricard Used Car Factory This is the first time I bought the used car in American. So I went to a lot of different dealers to test the car and compare the price difference. I got my 2013 RAV4 limited in a very low price, which really shocks me a lot. Meanwhile, the Samuel and Ben gave me a lot of suggestion and patience for selecting a car. So I would recommend the ricart if anyone want to buy a used car. Only one unhappy thing happens, which I couldn't wash my car this week. Hope this will be solved soon. More

Lemon Sale Sep 18, 2014 I bought a 2008 ford 350 larait diesel 4x4 there about a year ago and after 2 or 3 months the transmission went out. Brought it back to Sep 18, 2014 I bought a 2008 ford 350 larait diesel 4x4 there about a year ago and after 2 or 3 months the transmission went out. Brought it back to ricart for transmission check and it was transmission, tried to get some help paying for repairs from ricart, no luck. So after $139.00 dollar check, i was so pissed i left and took the truck to browns transmissions in newark $3800.00 verses your $4800.00. After all that a few months later heat and air stopped working on right side of truck(two blowers) and heating element in seat also went out. So this $37000.00 dollar truck is going to cost me about $45000.00 before it's over, oh i almost forgot the two batteries were dead when i bought the truck about $300.00 dollars to replace and wasn't told about any of these problems before buying, So THANKS FOR SELLING A LEMON THAT YOU HAD TO KNOW ABOUT BEFORE SELLING IT TO ME. I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THESE CERTIFIED MECHANICS AND NOBODY KNEW OF THESE PROBLEMS. The truck was bought by my wife Nadine Kempton if you need to look it up. From bad, to better then sold! I stopped in looking for a car and was unimpressed by what I saw. I was about to leave when lo and behold Gina came over and began the tour of cars I I stopped in looking for a car and was unimpressed by what I saw. I was about to leave when lo and behold Gina came over and began the tour of cars I must have overlooked. Gina's professionalism was top-notch. Once I informed her of what I was looking for, she sped off finding the perfect car for me. Not unlike lightning, she was quick to return with 5 cars that she was able to find fitting my needs. A quick test drive later and I was purchasing a car. Funny how I almost left. With a saleswoman like Gina, this place will never be down and out!
