Extremely Large Dealership with Very Good Customer Relation I drove over 6 hours to Ricart Dealership. I knew what I wanted and the price which they had on the internet. What I did not know was the size of th I drove over 6 hours to Ricart Dealership. I knew what I wanted and the price which they had on the internet. What I did not know was the size of the dealership - extremely large. The size only meant a greater selection of vehicles. I priced similar vehicles in the south and the midwest on the internet. This Ricart car kept appearing as the best purchase which I also thought. I made contact with a salesman, Brady Lonsway, prior to coming to Ricart dealership to make sure the car was still available. When I arrived, I asked for Mr. Lonsway. He was not available at that time but within minutes Catrice Mitchell appeared. She explained that they were part of a team. Ricart dealership has more than one sales team. Although the car had a sticker on it stating "No Test Drives Prior to Purchase", Catrice soon moved the car out of the show room. I was sitting behind the wheel with her in the passenger seat going for the test drive. We drove through a 50 mph area for the length of time that I desired. When I asked Catrice about certain aspects of the car, Catrice immediately had a very knowledgeable response. After parking the car and entering the showroom for discussion of the purchase, the atmosphere did not change but remained smooth and unintimidating. There was not any running back and forth to another person to negotiate. Catrice and I discussed the terms and why the price of the car remained firm. She explained how the dealership sells vehicles. Catrice brought her team leader over and we finished the purchase. I will say that I did not pay the asking price. Catrice stayed close by until the purchase was finished. Catrice's disposition was superior. I would use the Catrice and Brady team again and refer anybody to this team and the Ricart dealership.
