The worst experience for a first-time car buyer ever. Dropped my savings, like $8,000 for my car to break down four days later. After multiple attempts to get an associate, only to find out they have no idea my car was ever towed in. Then an attempt to get my money back I'm told won't happen and cars break down all the time. Come on four days later. Drew the associate I spoke was completely awful, he has no business being in customer service. More
