bait & switched Fiance bought a car last week. Salesman told us tax was included in the price discussed...then when we did the paperwork not only did they charge us t Fiance bought a car last week. Salesman told us tax was included in the price discussed...then when we did the paperwork not only did they charge us tax on top of the agreed priçe but they also charged us full price for add ons that we had negotiated a lower price on. And it took us 4 hrs even though we knew what we wanted when we went in. Literally the stereotypic used car salesman experience. Disgusting in this day and age. More
Worst mistake ever!!! i purchased a 08 used car from car lot paid cash in full, as soon as i drove off lot and got on the highway i realized cruise control did not work, so i purchased a 08 used car from car lot paid cash in full, as soon as i drove off lot and got on the highway i realized cruise control did not work, so i got up next day and called them regarding this issue, then i took it to be serviced and the service manager contacted me after they look at my car and told me they will not fix the issues with the car because it is not a safety issue and the warranty only covers the car if it causes a safety issue. No where in the warranty contract does it state that they will only fix the car at their expense unless it is a safety issue. My problem is if there is a problem with the car then is should be fixed per warranty and i am very dissatisfied with the service i have received and will NEVER purchase a car from Ricart ever again. BAD BUSINESS!!! More

Everyone was so courteous, and not in the forced way that you get with some salespeople. great upfront terrible when issued the buying experience was ok except they didn't have the car I saw advertised on-line. less than 2 months after buying clutch went out on my car. I took it to a local dealership. they advised the transmission and clutch had been out of the car once before. interesting on a car with 6k miles. so warranty wouldn't cover it. called Ricart for days and after 20 or so calls was eventually told that's not covered and they would reimburse me. they told me if I can get the car to Ricart 2hours away they will split the cost. obviously a car with no clutch can't get to them without a ridiculous tow price. so I paid out of pocket 1300$. then showed Ricart the proof from the other dealership that the parts were bad and still nothing. this was 2 plus years ago. normally I don't even bother with reviews but since they had the audacity to send me this request for feedback I had to say something. the lack of follow up and ownership was despicable for a dealer that prides themselves in customer loyalty. does your leadership team know what that phrase means. even if you were not going to cover have someone own up and explain the details instead of having me chase down answers. but trust me I understand you got the sale and made revenue goals.
