First time car buyer with Ricart Everything went well with the actual purchase. David was helpful for everything, got us a price we were happy with and was very helpful to my mother Everything went well with the actual purchase. David was helpful for everything, got us a price we were happy with and was very helpful to my mother who needs help getting around. Only issue happened after sale when the title was sent to the wrong address necessitating a return trip to Ricart a month later which is a bit out of the way, but that was not David's fault but rather whoever filled out the paperwork in the titling area and did not correct the 02 to a 62 during the final process. Regardless of that though, hopefully will be back in a few years. More

Poor detail job Bought my car a week ago and was told while we were signing papers the car would be detailed. Not the case at all.. if you call a simple wash detailed then I suppose it would be fine. When we left it was pouring out so it wasn't til the next day after it stopped raining that I noticed the car had not been touched at all. I had to take it to the car wash and sweep it out and windex everything. There was dirt from the person that owned the car before everywhere.. the floor, door handles, the cup holders were filthy just everything. Is it too much to ask when u buy a $16,000 car to want it cleaned spotless and actually detailed? I emailed abdoul the guy that sold me the car and he apologized and said he was not aware of the detail job and said if there was anything he could do to let him know. To which I replied yes if I could have it detailed correctly in my town cause I live 2hrs away that would be great. 1 week later I've heard nothing back, also emailed off the main page as well no answer. Nobody really cares they just tell you that. One thing I don't get anyways is why none of the cars are detailed before they go on the lot. They were all dirty inside! Thanks Ricart for sending me home in a filthy car. More

Over the top! My over all experience with Ricart was a good experience. I had some concerns with the loan officer’s sales with the additional items, he was more so My over all experience with Ricart was a good experience. I had some concerns with the loan officer’s sales with the additional items, he was more so trying to close the loan without answering any questions. Questions seemed to be a bother to him. Chris was great short sweet and to the point. Stephon is a great sales person he took the time needed to make the sale while also making me feel at ease with my selection. Mike was as great he was called in to correct a problem that is now in the process of being corrected. All in all, this is my Second car from Ricart and I can’t complain. More
