He spent time showing us many models of the model and make of car we had had in mind when we arrived at the dealership, and he did it all without rushing us in any way. He skillfully helped us in our thought process when we had to decide between two of the cars to select the one we eventually chose. He was kind enough to even get us a couple of Pepsi's and also had a great sense of humor that was fun. ok experience Chase was great in explaining about the suv. Everything in working order. But when cd player didn't work. He wouldn't own up. He even explained to me that it was a 6 in dash cd and its not the back like most cars and it works. But didn't happen, he had the guts to lie in front of his manager as well. With his manager just saying to me rudely...you don't have to buy the car if u don't want too. But overall ricart has always been great to my family for the last 24 years. More
