Car is good its a Toyota, price was OK. Three things were not good. 1. Tires needed replaced had over 40,000 miles on them, they said they were good but got them checked and need replaced asap. 2. Windows were tinted and they said they were legal, got them checked and they are not legal. 3. Only gave me one key that is not original or a Toyota key with no fab. Sucks to get a new car and have to pay for tires , window retint, and key fab and spare key?? More

Set up appointment to look at truck on 3-1-14 with every intention of buying it. Was pre-financed through bank of my choice before arriving. Drove 4 hours with check in hand to purchase vehicle. Truck was beautiful on outside even with winter conditions. Inside of truck was poorly cleaned and had several rips in headliner and was missing floor mats and manual. None of these justified any correction or compensation by employee. I would still have bought the vehicle had the experience gone different. So now I'm out a 10 hour day, $150 in gas, and $150 loan fee still owed to bank. My overall experience tells me that your company is too big to treat customers with respect, especially with $30,000 in hand. More
