My wife's car died a couple of days before Christmas, and we were stuck without a vehicle, and was not expecting to have a car payment. I contacted Ricart and Spoke with Matt he asked what we were looki and we were stuck without a vehicle, and was not expecting to have a car payment. I contacted Ricart and Spoke with Matt he asked what we were looking for as far as size, number of doors, color then he did he research and took us around with no pressure, and showed us the vehicles that were interested in and in the price range that we requested! Matt was exceptional, great knowledge of inventory, pricing and exceptionally accomodating to me and my family. He went above and beyond before, during and is still in touch with me days after the sale pricing and exceptionally accomodating to me and my family. He went above and beyond before, during and is still in touch with me days after the sale. Matt and his team stayed an hour after closing to complete our sale. He even called us later that night to make sure we made it home ok and got gas (he even gave us a gas card as the vehicle was low). Kudos to Matt and his team, they were outstanding. More
