This was my first visit to Ricart, and walked away as a fully satisfied customer! I came to Ricart to buy a used car for our son, Nick, who is in his 2nd year at The Ohio State University. We were greeted by Ray Pasco, and he walked us through the process, options, test drive, paperwork, and final delivery. Ray was personable, knowledgeable and very customer centric. We purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang and my son drove back to campus with a big smile. On the paperwork and payment end, we were provided options for extended warranty and other coverages, which we purchased. We will certainly recommend Ricart to others! I was searching for Camry 2011 from last one month and all of sudden saw a good deal in Ricart and rushed to the dealer since they cannot hold the car with a phone call. My sales man was Ray Pasco, he wa all of sudden saw a good deal in Ricart and rushed to the dealer since they cannot hold the car with a phone call. My sales man was Ray Pasco, he was really helpful, very patiently answered all my questions but was not ready to negotiate a single penny from actual price tag. I tried so much to negotiate but nothing worked. Prons: 1. I got the car in a very good deal. 2. Sales people are friendly and helpful 3. Two days after car was purchased I had to go Ricart for battery replacement as existing one failed in the test and I found service folks are good and helpful. Cons: 1. I was very happy and confident as its a motor trend certified and all the primary inspections would have been performed and would not trouble me after buying it, but strangely I got into an issue on just second day. Morning after all the snow on my car was cleaned with 10 min effort in chilled air and tried to turn on the engine I understood battery is dead and had to call insurance folks for jump start. This disappointed me very badly. But good thing is that Ricart was able to replace my battery for free since existing one failed in the test. 2. They didn't give me floor mats with car and it ruined my car because of bad weather (snow). I think it should have been part of car. 3. Doh its a certified car they should be able to provide what inspections are performed and report of it. I was desperate to know how much of tire thread is left since its a used car but they weren't able to provide me. Overall I would suggest Ricart for buying used cars if you get a good deal. - Sandeep More

Went up Saturday morning to look at trucks and purchased a truck the next day. Matt kmosko was very personable and asked what type of truck and items I wanted on the truck. Showed us a few trucks with what I had in mind with in 15 minutes found a truck to test drive an it had a few extras which made it a good deal. Tyler helped was at my disposal for days leading up to the purchase. He answered phone calls with pride to even my silliest of questions as I continued to learn about the car buying experience. He even gave me a ride to the dealership the morning I picked up the car, because I was without transportation. My wife's car died a couple of days before Christmas, and we were stuck without a vehicle, and was not expecting to have a car payment.
