I almost gave up on Ricart. I really wanted one particular truck and none of the first few salesmen I spoke with got back to me. But when the online price went down $800 I called one last time and particular truck and none of the first few salesmen I spoke with got back to me. But when the online price went down $800 I called one last time and talked to Ray Pasco, who helped me navigate the sale. 36 hours later I was driving home to WI in my new (used) 2012 Frontier, which was 95% the way I wanted it compared to trucks closer to home which weren't even close. Flying to OH probably saved me thousands, and I bought the truck I wanted with almost all the options I wanted. There were no surprises on closing which was nice because I had a one way ticket. I have been looking for a good work truck to use on my farm. I had found a couple of trucks I was interested in, 2012 Ford F-350 Lariat gas & 2013 Ford F-250 gas. My dad & I came down to Ricart on Decembe farm. I had found a couple of trucks I was interested in, 2012 Ford F-350 Lariat gas & 2013 Ford F-250 gas. My dad & I came down to Ricart on December 23 to look at those two trucks. Mr. Pasco showed us the two trucks I was intersted in. Offered me to test drive those two vehicles. I test drived the F-350 and I test drived another truck that caught my eye, a 2008 6.4 F-350 Lariat diesel. The 2008 had less miles on it than the 2012, it is very clean, in pristine condition, and has enough pulling power needed for farm tasks. I bought the Lariat and I feel like I got a very good deal on it. More
The deal was basically done prior to our arrival. It was a matter of driving the car to make sure it was what we expected. Since I didn't have to be sold, I felt the interpersonal aspects of the encounter were devalued. That didn't bother me so much because I like the no-nonsense approach, but someone else may have been turned off. I came in with a preapproved bank loan, and was up front that I probably would give my bank a chance to match any rate so sales associate didn't want to take the time to do financing options. I would have liked that he would have so I could see what rate I could have received there. This would have allowed me to negotiate a better rate at my bank, and maybe changed my financing decision if they wouldn't match. Sales didn't seem to want to take the time or effort since it was unlikely I'd switch and there was no benefit to the dealer. ("If you don't want to save money, that's up to you.") I can't say I blame them, but considering the little time and effort needed to sell me the car, it would have been appreciated and would have changed my rating from OK to GREAT. More

After searching the market for my first vehicle for quite some time I finally viewed a truck I liked on the Ricart website. I called in to schedule a viewing and was directed to Brady. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Brady and held a conversation before checking out the vehicle. From experience in the past, sales people rush to show the vehicle hoping to make a quick sale. Brady took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes and price range in a vehicle and presented me with different options. The truck I went to view was nice, although It was lacking power. Brady presented me with a tundra and I am glad he did! The truck has the power and looks. After testing both trucks it took me a few minutes to decide which truck I would be trying to purchase. During this time Brady just answered questions and did not rush me once. I really took notice in that! After my decision we went to complete paper work, negotiated on price, and presented an offer. The whole experience was really great considering it was my first vehicle. Brady is young, although has the characteristics of a tenured employee. Definitely recommend his service! More
Rick is very nice and helpful.
