Didn't plan on getting vehicle from Ricart, just went to look. Talked to sales person,saw the Jeep that I looked at online,test drove it & loved it!!Price was great,paperwork went through & I got it!! Ha to look. Ray answered all my questions and did a great job. The overall "good" rating was because I did feel pressured to purchase the total care warranty from finance. I did not feel pressured by Ray at all. I was in & out of the dealership driving the 2011 Dodge Caliber within 3 hours which was faster than I'm accustomed too but felt it as a positive experience. Thanks Ray! More

I would never reccomend Richart b/c when we tried to purchase a used car, they 1) Pressured us into buying a certain one 2) When we noticed a tire issue they fluffed it off until my tire was flat 3 day purchase a used car, they 1) Pressured us into buying a certain one 2) When we noticed a tire issue they fluffed it off until my tire was flat 3 days after purchase 3) Tried fixing it a few times but I still have to fill the tire every 3 weeks 4) Sold me a vehicle that was not only UNSAFE due to the deflating tire, but also has several mechanical issues that we had tried correcting since Day 1. I really wanted my Nissan Murano but Richart did not care about safety concerns, making sure their vehicles, whether used or new, would even work correctly. 5) I requested a carfax as to which they said they would supply me with and still have never received one and 6) Upon purchase they were trying their hardest to also pressure me into getting their insurance. They have people who work commission and only care about making their money, and don't care about the products they give to customers. More
