I selected Ricart based on the internet price. So far I am very pleased with the purchase. My only criticism is that the entire process took too long considering I came in with pre approved financing. Ho am very pleased with the purchase. I gave my overall rating a 4 because of the service of Ray Pasco. He is straight forward salesman. He didn't try to sell me anything outside of my price range. CONTACTED THROUGH EMAIL FROM A PREVIOUS APP ALL INFO WAS SAVED A LOT OF TIME. HE WAS VERY INTERESTED IN MAKING ME FULLY HAPPY. KEPT PUSHING ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMPLETE SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE. Everyone was friendly and did what they could to make buying two cars in one day as smooth as possible. I wish the paperwork could go a little faster but I suppose that can't be helped! When I got my 2005 Toyota. Corolla from ricart within a week my service maintenance light came on and everyone could see that it drove pretty rough for a Toyota and even for a used car. The sevice departme week my service maintenance light came on and everyone could see that it drove pretty rough for a Toyota and even for a used car. The sevice department pretended to fix the issue by car drove the same. Now about 8 months later ricart is saying my neutral safety switch failed and its not covered under warranty. They ovequoted me to repair it but that is expected from a dealership. The part that makes me upset is, this part on the car accordingly to a lot of people including mechanics, is something that rarely goes bad in a car, so I believe this piece was faulty to begin with! When I went to pick up my car to take it to get a second opinion wires were dangling from my steering wheel and tools were on the floor,unprofessional. Even though they said my car was ready.then someone in the service department said my car wouldn't start since the part had failed but when my battery was simply charged it started!! now nobody will return my phone calls and I've reached out to manager Cindy Price more than once but it seems they are trying to sweep this under the rug. I wish never purchased this lemon from them. I've had too many problems with this car and ricart to the point where I don't even want the clunker anymore. So stay clear of buying a used car from here, or you better make sure you take it to get a check by a mechanic but that doesn't even mean that ricart will fix it. I'm disgusted by this money hungry company. More

He reviewed the vehicle features of which we had previous acquaintance because our son has the same vehicle in a 2010 model. From our son's research for his which he finally found in Cincinnati, and from our subsequent research on the internet one year later, we each discovered that finding a good Highlander Limited in central Ohio was difficult; most were in Cleveland, Canton, Cincinnati, or Indianapolis! I had been to other dealers and no one would wait on me so I would leave, drove in to Ricart and barely got out the car and Ray Pasco approach me with a hand shake and greeting me with a smile. We talk about what I wanted and instantly put me on the path and direction of the vehicle I wanted. Ray was very helpful with my purchase .
