To be honest, my main goal whenever I buy anything is getting the right price. With four drivers in my household, I have to be wise in my spending. Matt Kmosko helped me accomplish that. From Matt the salesman to Steve the Finance guy, and then even the guy who delivered me a clean car at the end, everyone was friendly and professional. I was out looking for a quality used service van for my mobile automotive locksmith business Ashville Lock & Key and found exactly what I was looking for at the Ricart Used Car Factory. From the time I pulled in Ray was extremely helpful and straightforward about all the great things about this van as well as the flaws that came with it free of charge. There were some things that I asked to be fixed as part of the deal and Ray made sure to have every one of them taken care of. Even a couple of small things that I didn't even notice. There was a small crack in the windshield and Ray took care of scheduling Mark at Novus Glass to come to my house and do the repair on Ray's dime. This was very convenient with my busy schedule. Ray has also called a couple times to make sure the van was running good and that I was happy with my purchase. I'm sure I made it very easy for Ray since I knew exactly what van I wanted and they only had 1 in stock, but as Richard from Fast-n-Loud said this week --slightly modified-- "Ray could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves". lol Thanks again to the team at the Ricart Use Car Factory. I called ahead in the morning to ask if a car was still there. John called me back to let me now it was and I told him I would be there in the evening to see the car. When I pulled in I saw the car had bee there. John called me back to let me now it was and I told him I would be there in the evening to see the car. When I pulled in I saw the car had been brought up and was at the building. When I go out of my car someone was coming out to see if I needed help, I asked for John and he went and got him for me, I didn't have to wait around. I test drove the car (SUV), John explained the car to me and the motor trend inspection and details. I feel he was honest in any answers he gave to my questions, very personable. I had financing prearranged, but they checked for financing there as well. They did comeup with a better financing stiuation, so after going home and consdiering it I decided to go with the financing offered at the dealership. I hate car shopping and I hate buying cars but it's something we all have to do if we want to get to and from work, so I will say my expereince at Ricart Used cars was a good one and would recommend to others.
