Matt Kmosko is a great asset to Ricart, as he has a wonderful blend of professionalism and personality. His easy going manner was very refreshing. Matt was easy to work with, easy to talk with and very informative regarding the vehicle, as well as helping thru the finance process. He was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. And he nailed it. We are so happy with our KIA. We have already promoted Ricart and Matt to our friends, as they are excited about our purchase as well. I have been driving late model BMW 3-series cars for the past 12 years, and the switch to a SUV is exciting and scary at the same time. However, I have heard many positive comments regarding the KIA, and am very happy to have this one. Anyone who comments on our KIA will hear the names Ricart, and Matt Kmosko. Dallas was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I'll say was that there was an excessive wait time between when the sale was made and when we got to see the finance guy. Our car shopping was a good experience. First day test drove 3 cars Shawn had the cars lined up one right after another very quick and efficient saved us a lot of time. We came to look for a used car for our daughter, first time ever going to the Ricart Mega Mall. He came back telling us that he found a few cars that he thought we'd be very pleased with. We did lean towards one. Price was extremely important to us because we were paying in cash. We were able to agree on a price that worked for us both. We were very impressed with the cars in the lot. We've looked at different dealerships and some of the cars looked worse for wear. Most definitely, we will go back to Ricart in the future, our youngest son is almost at the age to get his license, and we'll need a dependable, good on gas and great priced car for him. More
I went to Ricart to find a used car with lower mileage than my current car, a 97 corolla, which has been super reliable and I wanted to replace it with something just as reliable. I needed a car good on gas, low on miles, and not too badly priced, I wasn't too set on an exact make. Joshua actually met me out at my car as I pulled up, he was super nice and very helpful. He took his time to try and find the Honda Civic I had seen online which seemed like a great deal, but it unfortunately turned out to be a motorcycle(there was no indication online that it wasn't a car). So he walked through the lot with me, trying to find a good car that fit me and my budget. He ended up pulling out a Mazda 3 that was everything I wanted. It's sporty looking, great on gas, handles great, and was a great price for me. It was a manual transmission, which I was afraid of at first, but I absolutely love it. I wouldn't want to drive any other way. He got me a car I didn't even know I wanted and I just want to drive all over town with it every day. Josh even helped me out when the check engine light came on in my car a couple days later, and I got it fixed right at Ricart in a reasonable amount of time. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and Joshua helped me out a lot in my purchasing decision. More

Neither one left us hanging and worked with us to close the deal. This is our second time buying from Ricart Used Cars and third time buying from Ricart. We came into the dealership looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter. On our first visit Jeff A. helped us with a very thorough test drive and explanation of a chevy cobalt. We left totally satisfied with the offer but a little timid for our first purchase, only to return a couple days later to test drive another car. This time we were helped by Matt Kmosko. We told him what we were looking for, he took us out on the lot and with no pressure let us look at all the available choices and we took as long as we wanted to look and bother him with any and all questions. We took a test drive and came back. Matt was very attentive to our needs as far as cost and needs. He waited almost an hour for us to make phone calls and get finances straight. Made my daughter and i feel totally comfortable at the dealership and the choice we were about to make. Never felt more comfortable. All the other salesmen came by and made us feel welcome as well. We would definitely recommend the dealership. More
Monday morning 10/21/13 I spoke with John & Courtney in customer service regarding my F250 4x4, I experienced a problem with the four wheel drive low range not disengaging, We then discussed the war in customer service regarding my F250 4x4, I experienced a problem with the four wheel drive low range not disengaging, We then discussed the warranty to repair this problem, the dealer warranty states the dealer will pay 100%of labor and 100% of the parts for covered systems (this promise is untrue @ Ricart) . I was told there would be a $100 deductible for every time it is serviced or repaired. This warranty is actually contradicting by saying 100% of repairs will be covered, however they make you pay $100. for each service! We had the vehicle less than 2 weeks and had experienced problems with a vehicle that Ricart had put on their lot as Motor Trend Certified Vehicle. We don't feel we should have to use our extended (separately purchased) warranty until our 6 months or 7500 mile warranty has expired. More
