Joe and Dallas went above and beyond to accommodate me and my husband during a time that I am temporarily disabled. Both were professional and also fun. Ray was very helpful. The fact that Ray went out in pouring rain to get a car for us to test drive impressed us very much. In my opinion that was going above and beyond. I have bought 4 cars here and this time I brought my son in to show him how easy it is at Ricart. Joe stressed how he would be available for any issues of questions we might have. He put a lasting impression on my son and a high standard of how buying a used car should be. Once again the Ricart family gained another customer for years to come. I will only buy and have my cars serviced at Ricart Ford. Oh where to begin... Our experience with Ricart has been ongoing for about 5 months straight now. We purchased a used car in June, and everything went downhill fast. We had countless service issues, each ti ongoing for about 5 months straight now. We purchased a used car in June, and everything went downhill fast. We had countless service issues, each time it was something different that either needed fixed or parts didn't get ordered (I want to note that the car didn't get serviced at Ricart, they had to send it to a 3rd party dealer, so the fault doesn't completely lie with Ricart for the parts issues- that was out of their hands. Regardless, it was frustrating). The car was in service for almost 4 months collectively, and I think I drove most of the fleet of rental vehicles during this time. Throughout this process, regardless if the issues that came up, Dan, Tim, Matt and Cindy were amazing to me. I worked primarily with Tim for service issues, and he does a phenomenal job. Even if he had to call me with bad news, he was always professional and courteous. Cindy was fabulous to work with as well, but I only got to work with her for about two weeks when Tim was out. So when we established that the car was going to be in and out of service for the foreseeable future we decided it would be in everyone's best interest to trade it in. I got a phone call from Steve Holsinger, who was probably the most arrogant and unprofessional individual I ever had the displeasure of working with. He gave me extremely inaccurate information and was very rude. I asked to work with a different salesman and that is when we got in touch with Matt Kmosko. He called me right away, and we worked together for an entire day to pick a few vehicles to look at. When we arrived he had them both rounded up and ready to go. The test drive was painless, and when we chose one purchase he made sure it was spotless and the process was painless. He was there every step of the way and was wonderful to work with. He even checked up with us a couple days later to make sure we were happy, and it wasn't just a stock phone call- he really cares and that means a lot considering all the headaches we endured. I also want to give Dan Bryan the credit he deserves. In every instance, he was in the background making sure everything was handled properly and promptly. Whenever I called him he would call me right back, even on his days off. He was very professional, and he made sure that all our concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. Even when he and I had to have some difficult conversations, he never lost composure or let on that he was frustrated. I hated having to bother him to get resolutions, but I am glad that he was there for me to contact. All things considered, this started out to be a very bad experience that was prolonged and seemed to be never-ending. But Ricart did make it right by me, they have a lot of really good people there (and a few bad apples, but which company doesn't?). I am so happy that they took a horrible nightmare and fixed it for me. They earned my respect for admitting they made some mistakes, but they did everything in their ability to make it right. That means more to me than any catchy sales pitch any day. Thank you Dan, Tim, Matt and Cindy, and all the folks behind the scenes that I never met. You guys deserve more recognition than you probably get, but know that I am grateful for your help. More
Ray met us right as we got out of our car and asked if he could help us. He understood quickly what we were looking for and helped us find the truck we needed. Matt made the car buying experience very easy and was very knowledgeable of the process and availability of the vehicles. The selection was very large, all employees were friendly. Found the car I wanted and bought it. Some mistakes on dealerships part caused us to have to wait an extreme amount of time to test drive friendly. Found the car I wanted and bought it. Returned next day to make purchase and also had to wait an exceptionally long time to pay for the vehicle, because of mistakes that needed to be corrected. Was also given incorrect information about how and what was needed to transfer license plates, causing a wasted trip to BMV. Ray and Talia were nice in trying to handle the situations and were very apologetic. I love the car I purchased, but I believe the dealership could have better handled things so we would not have spent so much time on the lot waiting. Day 1 spent 2 hrs. waiting while employees searched for keys. Day 2 spent over an hour waiting after agreement of price so that we could pay and leave. I think it could and should have been better. More
