Shopping online for several weeks and found the Jeep that we wanted. Vehicle was better then described. Matt was so helpfull and fulfilled all of our needs. I was very apprehensive about going to Ricart. Years ago I went and found them too aggressive--too pushy--etc. This time my sales rep Jesse was wonderful. He showed me all the cars I asked about and since I went and found them too aggressive--too pushy--etc. This time my sales rep Jesse was wonderful. He showed me all the cars I asked about and since he was so new his manager helped--Brandon Bird. They both did their best to help me. I was pleasantly surprised at the service and help I got--no pressure-- just told me about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Very surprising--now if the service department is as helpful and nice--I will recommend Ricart to all my friends. In addition, I liked helping a new salesperson. Then they topped it all off if a great guy in the financing department--very surprised! More
