Shopping online for several weeks and found the Jeep that we wanted. Vehicle was better then described. Matt was so helpfull and fulfilled all of our needs. I was very apprehensive about going to Ricart. Years ago I went and found them too aggressive--too pushy--etc. This time my sales rep Jesse was wonderful. He showed me all the cars I asked about and since I went and found them too aggressive--too pushy--etc. This time my sales rep Jesse was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised at the service and help I got--no pressure-- just told me about the vehicle and answered all my questions.
