Richie was great! Very helpful and encouraging. We have credit issues but he encouraged us to pick the car I actually wanted even though I thought we could not afford it. Disappointed and unacceptable. Wasted my time. Internet department is unresponsive, does NOT return inquiries and does not follow up. Was interested in one of their vehicles. Had my car trade in valued v department is unresponsive, does NOT return inquiries and does not follow up. Was interested in one of their vehicles. Had my car trade in valued via their web source. Turned out to be basically a bait situation to get me into the dealership. My car was valued at $7k less with their in-person evaluation than what their third party appraisal link valued. They even emailed me saying that their manager was interested in seeing my car and that it was most likely worth more than their original appraisal. Here's their email: I just received your vehicle information from Pure Cars via Ricart.com. Pure Cars gave you a third party estimate on the value of your GS, however we believe it may be worth much more at our dealership. My manager asked me to contact you because he is very interested in taking a look at your vehicle. My advice is to avoid Ricart until they get a responsive sales internet staff and also provide a better value determination instead of baiting the auto buyer into their dealership with false expectations. We went to the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind however it turned out the vehicle I believed would best serve my needs was rated as a commercial vehicle and no lending institution would make a loan however it turned out the vehicle I believed would best serve my needs was rated as a commercial vehicle and no lending institution would make a loan for it. Chris made every effort to find another vehicle on the lot that would meet my specific needs and I feel we walked away with a better vehicle and purchase. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly we were there for 3 hours but the wait was well worth the time. THANKS CHRIS!!! More

We made four trips to the dealership to purchased our car. Each time Tyler was very patient and took time to answer all of our questions. He rushed us through the paper work and made us feel that we were an interruption in his day. This is the kind of person that can jeopardize sales. More
