I compared 3 cars from 3 dealers (2012 Chevy Malibu) - Ricart, Bobby Layman and Byers Chevrolet. It was interesting to note that the Ricart car was far more superior than the other 3 in quality and size a Ricart, Bobby Layman and Byers Chevrolet. It was interesting to note that the Ricart car was far more superior than the other 3 in quality and size and it was better priced. I really like Jesse Hernandez. He was calm, cool, collected, kind, helpful, attentive, cheerful and was really ready to help me. I wish him all the best in his new career. He will do great! I enjoyed the dealership - it was cool and comfortable and no one was mean to me even though I had a very rowdy 2 year old boy LOL! Everyone smiled and was kind to me and I felt happy. An exceptional experience with Ricart, in particular, the sales associate Kris Adams. Very professional and his attention to detail was second to none. All employees went out of there way to see if I needed sales associate Kris Adams. Very professional and his attention to detail was second to none. All employees went out of there way to see if I needed help, opened doors for me in and out of the building. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend "Kris" to anyone. My only drawback from the entire process was waiting to get into the finance office to sign the paperwork. I would expect a company that sells as many cars as Ricart does on a monthly basis to have more employees in the finance office to finalize the deal. More

Living over an hour away from the dealership, we applied online to be sure they would be able to help us with what we needed. We were assigned to Theo and he was great to work with. My only suggestion would online to be sure they would be able to help us with what we needed. We were assigned to Theo and he was great to work with. We went on a Monday evening thinking that would be better than a Saturday but I'm not sure that saved us any time. Also, the finance (or person who has you sign everything) associate was not the friendliest. More
