Austin was very patient as I didn't really know what I wanted. I have driven my 4x4 Jeep Cherokee for many years and I am grieving at my loss. I also know what kind of snow problems we have since our road is always last to be plowed and the collection from plowing always ends in our driveway. Our driveway is also a snow drift problem. Austin showed me several cars and I test drove the Toyota Yaris and a Nissan Sentra. He didn't bug me an did just 1 friendly call back to see if I had decided on a vehicle or if I wanted to look at other cars. That's what I liked the best. He is a friendly person and not fake with it. Don Grimes is also a very nice gentleman. I was in the area the day after purchasing the Yaris so i stopped in to find out about the missing jack. I didn't think I had one and would not have found it without his help. As it turned out, my jack was missing and he replaced it for me.
