Ricart Used Car Factory

My car was recently totaled so I decided to look around. Ricart having the number of options they had seemed like a logical place to go. When I arrived expecting to be looking at a few different options, the sales person I had spoken to was unavailable due to a family emergency. No big deal. I understood. Joshua stepped up to the plate and took the opportunity to gather information about what I was interested in. I told him I was looking for something moderately good on gas as well as preferred lower mileage. I mentioned a few makes and models that I had previously looked at elsewhere and only one seemed to stick with him. It ended up being the car I chose, which may be good or bad. I have already taken the car to their service center to have it checked out after it wouldn't start for me being it was not registering it was in park on two occasions. The CD player also refuses to eject CD's properly. Lucky for me, the car is certified and being within 30 days and my mileage and all that, they are taking care of both for free. Joshua was exceptionally nice, maybe too nice. Matt came off as a bit pushy. It was getting late on the day I signed the papers. They both knew about my situation waiting for my insurance check. They assured me I could put down what I could and they would hold a check for the remainder until a later time which they did. All in all it was a good experience but you have to remember that no matter how nice these guys may seem, they're after the sale because that's how they make their money. Do your homework ahead of time as well. The Used Car Factory is huge, and unless you want to spend all day there or only go based on their recommendations you should check out their website to get a good idea of their inventory. Plus, not all cars are shown by the Factory or may be listed online. Make sure you check out the overflow area where cars have just arrived and came out of detail and stuff. More

I purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima in April 2012 from Ricart and was assisted by Rick Johnson. On June 29, 2013, I was involved in a car accident and the Nissan was totalled. After reviewing the necessary information, Rick assured me that he would be able to get me into another vehicle. I started reviewing the website to find an automobile and found a car that I wanted to purchase. On July 11, 2013, I called Rick Johnson with the information from the website to see if the car was still available and set up an appointment for Friday, July 12, 2013, to test drive the car. I arrived early, only had to wait a few minutes, and shortly thereafter was driving my new car home. Rick and the staff members at Ricart made this process go very smoothly and I will refer him to anyone that I know that is in the market for an automobile. More

After talking to Joe for only a few minutes that morning, the truck that I was interested in was sitting right out front when I arrived that evening.
