We went to Ricart to look at a used Jeep Wrangler. Chase was very helpful in getting us a test drive and then walking us through the process of buying the vehicle. Visited Ricart Used Car Factory on several occasions in the process of a truck purchase. Jeff was a super friendly, Helpful, and upbeat guy. He didn't try to sell me cars I didn't want. He was patient with me while we looked at a few different cars. Rick Johnson laughed inappropriately twice during our interaction. Once when My husband said he worked for Wendy's and again when I mentioned a medical condition in which I need to eat when I am hungry ( interaction. I can get very ill if I don't eat when I need to. It turned out we waited an exceptionally long time for finance - maybe an hour and a half. We would have had plenty of time to go eat and come back, which we were told we didn't need to do, as it was only supposed to take about 20 minutes. I love the car I purchased. I was not thrilled with the amount I got for my trade-in ($700) and was also told I would get my $100 coupon. I do not see that reflected in the financing, so I'm not sure if I got that discount. Rick was unwilling to budge at all on the price of the car, which the carfax report stated to be $350 above retail book value. Rick needs some polishing on friendliness and etiquette and needs to bend a little when it comes to price. Additionally there was an error in my paperwork by financing. I was notified by Huntington via mail. More
