I went to Ricart to look at a truck I had seen online, and ended up driving home in a totally different truck I had glanced at and forgotten about 2 weeks earlier. Tommy was assigned to me through the tes and ended up driving home in a totally different truck I had glanced at and forgotten about 2 weeks earlier. Tommy was assigned to me through the test drive, and he was great. We were heading back through the inventory lot to compare the test truck with another model when I saw the Chevy I had originally considered. Without hesitation and with enthusiasm, he right away called his supervisor (Dan) to set up a 2nd test drive in the Chevy. Through it all he was honest, patient and forthwright. A very personable young man, he was helpful and any info he didn't know, or policy I needed clarification on, he would make sure to get the complete right answer before steering me the wrong way, or ever coming close to promising something that couldn't be delivered. All in all a great car buying experience, and I would not only reccomend going to buy at Ricart, but to ask for Tommy Welch specifically. More

I loved the used car factory where I could try out several different car makes and models in one place. I wasn't sure if I wanted new or used and I liked the fact that the new cars were so close. I ended up finding several used cars that I liked, but setled on the Mazda CX-5. I thought the service was very good and there were a lot of salespeople right there to help customers. If I had any complaint at all is that the salespeople sort of "pounced" on you as soon as you got out of your car. You could certainly tell they got commission, but then again they were just doing there job. I will DEFINATELY but at Ricart again and again! More

The only rub was after the closing the dealership was a little slow with the final paperwork but the dealership appeared to be busy at my time of purchase. This was one of the BEST car deals I've had by far. Jesse Hernandez is one of the brightest, sweet, and honest young sales persons I have ever encountered. That man is very wise, respectful and knowledgable beyond his years. He listened to our needs of what we wanted and the price. He was not pushy like typical salesman at other dealerships. He brought his manager brandon out to meet us and we spoke to brandon and told him what price range we were looking for. Brandon searched the computer right in front of us and let us review the inventory. No gimmicks, just honest. They both have wonderful personalties. made you feel like family, which made the time fly by due to their great company. We ended up with a 2012 Nissan Sentra at the price that it was advertised for online. No more, no less other than the usual taxes, and warranties purchased. Even the Finance guy James was wonderful. Friendly and precise with the #'s. Great Company! Kudos to Jesse Hernandez for making the sale possible and smooth. I'll be back and will tell others also. More
