Only gave a 3 for "price" not because of the price of the vehicle we purchased but because of the value we received on our trade in vehicle. polite. As soon as I arrived Ray asked if I had been helped, and then proceeded to ask what brought me in once I notified him I was looking for someone. My wife and I had a bad experience with a few other places before we chose to consider Ricart. I only wish we started with them, it would have saved us many headaches and our time. From the moment we drove into the lot at Ricart, parked our car and entered the sales room through the door that "our" salesman Ray Pasco opened for us, it was a wonderful experience. We told him what we were looking for, explained our previous "nightmares" and we never looked back. We were on a golf cart and started the "journey" towards our "new" vehicle. Unfortunately we found so many vehicles we loved, but couldn't narrow it down by the time the dealership closed. The next day we decided exactly what we were looking for and showed up again to the dealership where Ray was more than willing to assist us more with locating the truck we had requested from our online search. We test drove it, loved it! The only bad thing was we couldn't take truck that night due to some bank issues and the time it was getting to be. The next day we were back with everything in order and finally had the privelage of driving off the lot with our wonderful purchase. We really appreciated Ray's and the finance gentlemans patience and knowledge with the whole process. More
